Is 1.5mbps a fast enough internet connection speed to play online poker reliably?

I play poker online a lot and I have a 5mbps connection speed, but it is costing me more than I would like per month. Would I still be able to play online poker without experiences too many inconveniences(i.e. lagging, freezing, etc.)?

    Sure. You don’t need much bandwidth for poker.

    Yes.

    I would like to be able to persuade you to stop playing online poker as well. You shouldn’t encourage them; they are scammers, and if you keep giving them your money, it’ll only make them keep doing it.

    minimum recommendation is 300kps.. which is DSL.. anything less is uncivilized
