A confirmation arrived this week that another Black Friday defendant, Full Tilt Poker payment processing exec Nelson Burtnick, has surrendered himself to the US authorities.
It has been stated by the US Justice Department that he was arrested upon arrival to New York, and brought into custody due to money laundering and bank fraud charges.
The authorities also specified that he surrendered his passport and was then released on a $500,000 bail.
It is at present not known when the court will convene to deal with his case.
