well, its all BS. Ill tell you why. Everytime you win and try to cash out they always have some reason why it wont work. They want you to keep your money on the site because they know you will spend it. Just my experience. Full Tilt is the absolute worse about this.

No Utah does not have any laws at present pertaining to internet gambling. As for the best site well this depends on how high a level you want. For the highest levels then sites like Poker Stars and Full Tilt are hard to beat especially if you`re limited to where you can play as an American. For mid or low stakes you might want to check out smaller sites which generally have lower caliber competition and thus provide easier and more profit.
