Chico Poker Network Changes Owners

Julian International Holdings has now completed a settlement

Seychelles-based Julian International Holdings has finally acquired the Chico (formerly Action) Poker Network following a deal signed late last year. Though certain problems delayed the completion, the settlement has been achieved.

Previous owner Playsafe Holdings AS, a company listed on the Nordic stock exchange, sold Chico in a deal that included new owner’s acceptance of the company’s significant financial obligations to players.

It is obviously well-known in the industry that Chico is a small but fast growing network and home to around ten ‘skins’.
