Playtech’s iPoker Network Soft-Luanched Speed Poker

Internet poker network announced general launch for July 1st

Instadeal, Fast Poker, Zoom Poker and Blaze Poker will soon be challenged by a rival high-speed poker recently soft-launched by the Playtech plc’s iPoker Network. According to the announcements, the brand Speed Poker will be available to players as “the world’s fastest online poker” starting from July 1st.

“We will be starting with limited stakes in Hold’em only as a soft launch. PLO and other stakes will be rolled out afterwards, whilst HU, anonymous tables and other variations will definitely be considered for future updates,” a network spokesman posted on the twoplustwo forum.

This is basically the same product as others of the same kind. Players join a large player pool where they can fast-fold hands and join a new table with an instant new handle thus accelerating the pace of the game. As per the first announcements, players will be able to join the same game pool up to 10 times.
